This article will outline the ‘Business Info’ tab within ‘Settings’.

General Information

In this section, you can see your location ID at the top which is unique to your specific account, you can upload or remove a logo, add your business name under ‘Friendly Business Name’, your business email address and phone number, website and business niche. If you do edit any information in this box, ensure to click the ‘Update Information’ box once complete. You can also access your API key here which you may need to access for other integrations. To copy the API key, simply click on the clipboard icon to the right of the key which will copy this to your clipboard. If you need to regenerate the key at any time, you can click on the circular arrows icon to the right of this.

Business Information

In this section, you have the option to add your business information including business type, industry, Registration Number and the region of operation.

Call & Voicemail Settings

In this section, you have the option to upload a voicemail as an mp3 file. This will be the default voicemail for all Twilio numbers within the location unless you have something else customised under the team management settings. The voicemail you upload here will be played instead of the default message from the phone carrier. You can also adjust the incoming call timeout here to either no timeout, 10 seconds or 20 seconds. Ensure to click ‘Save Call Settings’ if you update this information.

Business Physical Address

In this section, you can edit your business address, time zone and languages if required. Ensure to click ‘Update’ if you update this information.

Authorized Representative

In this section, you have the option to add an authorised representative for your business. Information you can add are their name, email, job position and phone number.

General

In this section, you have the option to select or unselect certain options within your platform. These will already be set to default settings when you first gain access to your account however you can update them if you wish.

Contact Deduplication Preferences

This will allow a duplicate contact to be created within your account.

Enable / Disable Deprecated Features

This is where you can enable or disable deprecated features in your platform such as campaigns or triggers which have now been combined into the one feature which is now ‘automations’. Ensure to click ‘Update’ if you update this information.

Missed Call Text Back

You can enable missed call text back which will send the message noted here to anyone who tries to call the Twilio phone number set up within your account. The call will initially be forwarded to your existing phone however if you do not answer, this text will be sent. You can customise this message as you wish, just ensure to click ‘Save Missed Call Text Settings’ if you update this information.
