Select the ad account that is disabled and click the ‘request review’ button
Example wording of review request:
We haven’t made any significant changes to our ads but they have triggered the account to be disabled. We’re happy to make any adjustments and did not intend to violate any policy. Could it be just due to logging in on a different device or something like that?
