This article will outline the ‘Company Billing’ tab within ‘Settings’.

Subscription Plans

This section will show you your current subscription as well as the monthly cost, your subscription ID and when your next subscription payment is scheduled to be deducted from your account.

Payment Methods

This section will show you your credit card that is connected to your account. This is the card your monthly subscription will be paid from as well as any billing from your SMS costs. If you would like to add a new card to your account, click the ‘+ Add Card’ button and add the new card details. You can also toggle on ‘Make this card primary’ which will then deduct any payments from this card moving forward.

Credits

This section will show you your current balance as well as your auto recharge settings. You can set your account to auto recharge a certain amount of money when your balance is lower than a certain amount. I.e. auto recharge with $50 when the balance is lower than $20. This is very helpful to avoid a lot of small monetary amounts being deducted from your card every time you send an SMS. Please keep in mind, this amount you see here is in USD, however in your transaction/billing history, this will be converted to the monetary equivalent in your currency (i.e. the amount that is actually being deducted from your account).

You also have the option to ‘+ Add Balance’. If you click this button, this will allow you to manually top up your account at any time. You can also click the ‘See Transactions >’ button which will show you a detailed view of your transaction history which you can export if you wish.

Billing History

This section will show you details of your billing history including your subscription fee and any other transactions. To show a detailed view of a specific transaction, click the blue arrow to the right of the transaction. This will then drop down information including the invoice description and the amount charged. You can also view that invoice by clicking the blue ‘View’ button within that transaction.
