This article will outline the features in the ‘Pipelines’ tab within ‘Settings’.

If you have existing pipelines, you will see them listed here on this page. You have the option to delete an entire pipeline by clicking on the red trash can icon to the right of the pipeline you wish to delete. You can also edit an existing pipeline by clicking on the pencil icon to the right of the pipeline you wish to edit.

Editing an existing pipeline

If you click on the pencil icon next to the pipeline you wish to edit, here is where you can change the name of the pipeline or the name of any stage within your pipeline.

You can also move the order in which each stage is showing by clicking on either the down or up arrows to the left of the stage you wish to move.

You also have three actions to the right of each stage.

The first action being the pie chart icon - this will hide this stage from showing in the pie chart on your dashboard.

The second action is the funnel icon - this will hide this stage from showing in the funnel chart on your dashboard.

The third action is the trash can icon - this will delete the stage from your pipeline.

You can also add a new stage within the pipeline by clicking the ‘+ Add stage’ button

You also have the option turn off/on the visibility of the entire pipeline within your funnel and pie charts shown on your dashboard.

Once you have edited the pipeline to your liking, click save.

Creating a new pipeline

You can create a brand new pipeline by clicking on the green ‘+ Create new pipeline’ box to the right of the screen.

Here you will be able to name your pipeline and your stages. You also have the ability to move the order of each stage, add new stages and change the visibility of the pipeline/stages of the pipeline in your pie and funnel charts shown on your dashboard, as outlined above.

Once you have added the pipeline to your liking, click save. You will then see it listed amongst your other pipelines here as well as in your opportunities tab in your account where you will be able to select your new pipeline to view from the dropdown here.
