Pipelines Overview

This video covers how to create and manage your sales pipelines.

This article outlines how to create and manage a Pipeline. Your Pipelines are how you can segment your lead through your sales process.

To access your Pipelines select "Opportunities" from your main left-hand menu and select Pipelines from the above sub-menu



Creating a pipeline

  1. Select blue "+ Create Pipeline" button


  2. Update your Pipeline name and stages:

    To add a new stage click the blue "+ Add Stage" text


    To re-order your Pipeline stages, click the dots to the left of a stage and drag and drop to make changes


    To delete a stage select the bin icon

  3. Select the blue "Create" Button to save your new pipeline



    Managing a pipeline

  • Select the pencil icon to edit a pipeline

  • Select the bin icon to delete a pipeline


  • Select the key icon to adjust User access to a pipeline



Share with all Users: select if all Users can only view, edit or have no access to the selected Pipeline.

Share with selected users: select which users can view or edit a pipeline


Exclude Specific Users: select which Users you would like to restrict from being able to view or edit a Pipeline


Note: Staff Members who are an Admin cannot have their Pipeline accessibility adjusted


Tracking the Sales Process

  • To toggle between your Pipelines within the Opportunity area, click the dropdown menu and select a pipeline



Customising Dashboard Reporting

  1. Select the Edit icon for your chosen Pipeline

  2. Toggle off any stages you do not wish to see in the Funnel Chart or Stage Distribution report of your Dashboard


  3. To view your changes in the Dashboard page, scroll down to Funnel or Stage Distribution and select the drop down menu to toggle between your sales pipelines
