This article will go over the Reputation Management area within your settings. Here is where you can customise a review request and even send review requests to your contacts.
Under ‘Leave a Review Link’, you can generate a review link by clicking the ‘Generate Link’ button. You will need to have your Google My Business account integrated within Settings > Integrations for this to work. Once you have done this, click save.
Under ‘Review Request Behaviour’, you have the option to choose what happens when the review request button is clicked. You can select either ‘Send review request immediately once’ or ‘Follow a custom schedule for review requests’
Under ‘SMS Review Requests’, here is where you can customise the SMS that will be sent when you send a review request. You have the option to toggle this on or off and completely customise the wording that is sent in this SMS. Once this is customised to your liking, click ‘save’. You will see the message previewed on the right.
Under ‘Email Review Requests’, here is where you can customise the email that will be sent when you send a review request. You have the option to toggle this on or off and completely customise the subject, heading and body message of the email as well as the positive answer message that is shown on the button. Once this is customised to your liking, click ‘save’. You will see the message previewed on the right. You can also select to view the email from mobile, tablet or laptop view.
To send a review request, click the ‘Send Review Request’ button at the top right of the screen.
You can then search for an existing contact. Once you have selected them, this will prefill their phone number and email address. You can then select whether you would like the review request to be sent to that contact via SMS or email. Once you have done this, you can select ‘Send Review Request’.
