This article will provide an overview of the ‘Phone Numbers’ area within ‘Settings’.

Here you will see your phone numbers listed. You can have multiple phone numbers in your account if you wish.

Changing your default number

If you would like to change your default number, you can do this by clicking on the 3 dots to the right of the number and selecting ‘Set as Default number’. This will then update your default number.

Changing/adding a forwarding number for one of your numbers

If you wish to add or change a forwarding number for one of the numbers listed in your account, you can do this by clicking on the 3 dots to the right of the number and selecting ‘Edit Configuration’.

Here you can add or update the forwarding number where if someone calls the number, it will be forwarded to the number entered here.

You can also change your phone number settings on this page if you wish.

Deleting a number

If you wish to delete a number, you can do this by clicking on the 3 dots to the right of the number and selecting ‘Delete Number’. This will then remove the number from your account.

Adding a new number

To add a new number, click on the ‘+ Add Number’ button and select > ‘Add Phone Number’.

You can then change the country to your country. Select the ‘Filter’ icon and unselect ‘local’ and ‘toll free’.

You also have the option to filter your number based on specific digits you wish to have i.e. you would like the last 3 digits of the number to be 123. You can then select a new number and proceed to buy.

Adding a number pool

Will allow you to create a tracking number within your account. To add a new number pool, click on the ‘+ Add Number’ button and select > ‘Add Number Pool’.

Here you can select your tracking option as either ‘Marketing Campaign’ or ‘Visitors Activity’. You can then select your audience type you wish to track and create your number pool.
