This article will explain the ‘Email Services’ tab within Settings. Here is where you can add an email service to your account.
To add a new service, follow the below steps:
Click on the blue ‘+ Add Service’ button at the top right corner of the page
This will prompt you to select your SMTP provider. You can select either Gmail, Yahoo Mail, Sendgrid or Other
If you select other, you can then enter in your provider name, SMTP server, SMTP Port number, username, email and password
Click save and you will then see your email service providers listed
If you have multiple listed, you can select a default provider
If you click through to the ‘Reply & Forward Settings’ tab, you can also have the option to add in a forwarding address, BCC emails, to toggle on forward to assigned user or to add a reply address. Click save and this will be updated.
