The Email Marketing section has two areas: Email Templates and Email Campaigns.

Email Templates are reusable layouts. Think of them as presets you can build for specific purposes, such as a newsletter.

Email Campaigns is where you choose an Email Template, customise it as needed, and then schedule the email to send. You can send it to contacts individually, to a smart list, or to contacts with certain tags.

You can also reuse a campaign by cloning it when you want to send it again later. You can still customise the cloned email before it goes out.

A template is a preset layout you use to build your campaign

You can create your own template to match your brand. Add images, videos, logos or content you use often, then reuse the template for future campaigns.

A campaign is the email you design and send to your contacts or a smart list

Once you select a template, you design your campaign on top of the template layout. In Email Builder, you can quickly duplicate, delete and rearrange different types of element blocks.
