Please Note: The integration of iCal with ANY application has proven to be unreliable. Only use this guide if you must maintain your iCal calendar. Please also note that this guide requires you to have a Google account.

In this article we'll take a look at how you're able to Sync your iCal Appointments with ZipLeads.

How the Sync works:

Requirements:

  • An iCal Calendar

  • A Google Account & Calendar

(If you haven't already, create a Gmail account, and access the Google Calendar)

1. Syncing your iCal with your Google Calendar

Getting your iCal Calendar URL:

1. On your desktop or laptop, open your browser and go to www.icloud.com & Sign in

2. Click on the Calendar icon

3. To the left of your screen you'll see a list of your calendars. Click on the Share button next to the calendar you'd like to export.

4. In the Calendar Sharing popup, check the Public Calendar option. You'll see a link appear below. NOTE: Make sure that you've selected the entire URL

Adding your Apple Calendar to Google Calendar:

1. On your computer, open your browser and go to www.google.com/calendar

2. Find the + next to "Other calendars"

and select 'From URL' from the list:

3. Enter the URL you copied from either your Calendar app or icloud.com and click Add Calendar. Your Apple Calendar events should appear almost instantly.

You can modify the name of your imported calendar by clicking the 3 dots beside the calendar under the Other calendars section, then click Settings from the options provided:

4. Once connected, you'll now be able to integrate your Apple Calendar(s). You'll now have your events displayed in your 'My Calendar'.
