How to use Affiliate Manager Portal within your Marketing area in ZipLeads

Affiliate marketing is a form of advertising where you pay someone else to promote/refer your product or service. An affiliate promotes a campaign by sharing their unique affiliate link with the leads interested in your product/service. The person who promotes the product gets paid when they sell it, and you get paid when they do.


The new affiliate portal allows you to become an affiliate, look at your affiliate reports & manage your payouts.

How to connect your affiliate manager:
- Enable Stripe Connect on your locations (Payments ➝ Integrations)

- Add/Upload Affiliates on Affiliate Manager

- Create your product on your funnel/website - Click here for how to add a product to a funnel.

- Create your First campaign linking to a product on a funnel or website.

​How does the Affiliate Manager work?

  1. Once an affiliate campaign is created and published/live, all the enrolled affiliates will receive their unique affiliate link, which they can share with their network.

  2. , When a customer signs up through an affiliate link, the pay out, and commission are recorded and published on the ', Pay out - Pending' tab on the 1st of the month.

  3. The affiliate owner can see the list of all the generated pay outs and choose to approve or deny them for a pay out.

  4. Once approved for a pay out, the affiliate owner needs to take an export and upload it on their payment gateway to manually make the payment as per that CSV.to make the payment as per that CSV manually.

  5. Once the payment has been made, the affiliate owner needs to update the status in Affiliate Manager to paid so that correct reporting gets reflected for that Affiliate and the overall campaign.
