This video show you how to change the timezone in a specific workflow.

To adjust the timezone in your workflows, follow the below steps:

  1. Click into the workflow you wish to update

  2. Click into the settings tab

  3. Scroll down to ‘Communication’

  4. Select either ‘Account Timezone’ (your timezone) or ‘Contact Timezone’ (the timezone of the individual contact). This will affect any time windows or event times you set in your workflows so when they receive communications, they will be at the time relevant to the contact

  5. Once you have updated this, click ‘save’.
