There are two simple ways to begin the claim process:
File online: Click HERE to start your claim through the Payment Guard Insurance portal.
File from the mobile app
Follow these steps:Open the app and go to My Loans from the Home Screen.
Select the loan you'd like to file a claim for.
If the loan is eligible, you'll see a card that says "Your loan is covered."
Tap Learn More, and you'll be guided through a simple, secure application process.
