If you’re an existing Zirtue user with active loans and you need to update your email address or phone number, you can make this change directly in the Zirtue mobile app.
Follow these simple steps:
Open the Zirtue app on your mobile device.
From the bottom navigation bar, tap Settings (⚙️) in the bottom right corner.
At the top of the screen, tap Profile Settings.
Under Contact Information, you’ll see your email address and phone number listed.
Tap the field you’d like to update and enter your new information.
If you update your email, Zirtue will send a verification code to your new address.
Enter the code in the app to complete verification.
Once verified, your updated information will be saved and reflected on your account.
NOTE: If you have an active loan, this change will not affect your repayment schedule or connected bank accounts.
