As a Lender, you'll have the power to forgive a portion or all of your loan with the Borrower.
Only Active loans can be forgiven.
Only 2 loans can be forgiven per month.
Once the loan is forgiven, both parties will be notified via email and text
How to forgive a loan
Follow the steps below to forgive a loan in Zirtue.
Go to My Loans located at the bottom of the home screen.
At the top of the screen, select Lending
Choose the loan you wish to forgive.
Scroll down to the bottom of your Loan Request Summary and tap Forgive ->
We'll request that you confirm your cancellation.
You may be asked to select a reason for forgiving your loan. After choosing your reason, a confirmation message will appear stating that your loan has been successfully forgiven.
