Connect your ACH Bank Account
To add a U.S. bank account, please review the video or follow the steps below:
In your Zirtue app, tap the "Add payment method" tab on the homepage, and then click on "Bank account"
A bottom sheet will appear requiring you to choose between "Instant Verification" and "Manual Verification". Choose "Manual Verification".
Enter and confirm your bank's Account and Routing number and click SUBMIT
You will need to check your personal bank account over the next 1-3 business days. In that time you'll receive two small deposits (less than $1).
Description of the transactions should say "Checkbook Inc. MICRO DEP (your_name)"
The deposits will also be withdrawn so it will appear as three separate transactions.
Select ‘Complete your bank account verification’ from the Zirtue home screen.
Once you arrive to the Verification Request Submitted screen, tap ‘I received the micro deposits’.
After checking your bank statement, enter the two micro-deposits amounts.
Select ‘confirm micro deposits’
While your account is PENDING.
The bank account will have Pending status until you verify the two micro-deposits.
In the meantime, you can still receive payments
You cannot send payments from this account.
You cannot add another bank account. You will need to verify or delete this account in order to be able to add other ACH accounts.
Why am I getting an error when I try to add a bank?
Errors usually occur when you enter the wrong information. Please double-check your bank account information to ensure you are entering it correctly.
