Here’s what to expect
When you sign up for Zirtue, you’ll enter your phone number and email address, and we’ll send a one-time verification code to each. Entering these codes confirms your identity and keeps your account secure.
🔒 Important: Never share your verification code with anyone. Zirtue will never ask for your six-digit code over the phone, text, or chat.
Verifying your phone number
Once you sign up, we’ll text a code to your phone number. Enter the code on the verification screen to confirm your account.
If you’re not receiving your code:
Click “Resend Code” after 60 seconds.
Make sure your phone can receive shortcode messages (some carriers block these by default).
Check your cellular signal or internet connection — both can affect delivery.
Confirm your phone number is correct and active in the U.S.
⚠️ If the phone number you enter isn’t associated with the device you’re using, your account may be flagged for security review.
If you’ve changed your number, don’t create a new account. Contact us at getintouch@zirtue.com and we’ll update your existing account.
Verifying your email address
After signing up, look for an email from Zirtue with the subject line “Verify Email Address.” Enter the code from that email on the verification screen to complete setup.
If you don’t see it:
Search your inbox for “Zirtue”
Check your spam or junk folder
