You'll be required to enter your phone number and email address to complete registration. Both phone and email will be followed up with a verification code.
Entering this code correctly provides an additional level of authentication for your Zirtue account.
NOTE: Never share this code with anyone else. Zirtue will never ask you to provide your six-digit code on a phone call or chat.
Verifying your phone number
As soon as you sign up, a verification code will be sent to your phone number via text message. Verify by entering the code into the phone verification prompt screen.
If you are not receiving the code:
Resend the code. Click “Resend Code” if your phone is unable to receive messages from shortcodes.
Shortcodes: Be sure you have messaging from shortcodes enabled with your phone provider.
You may have a poor network connection. The verification message may be delayed due to factors such as poor network signal reception or unavailability of the carrier's network. Delivery speed and availability may vary by location and service provider.
You may have a poor internet connection. Make sure you have an adequate internet connection when you try to get your codes.
Test your cellular network connection. To send and receive an SMS message, you need a cellular network connection. Make sure your phone number is correct & active in the US.
Please note: If the device that you're using to attempt registration is not associated with the phone number entered at verification, your account could be flagged.
NOTE: If you have an existing Zirtue account with an old phone number, please DO NOT make a new Zirtue account with your new phone number. This can cause issues with your linked payment methods, and it’s prohibited in the User Agreement. Instead, please connect with support and we will work with you to update your existing Zirtue account.
Verifying your email address
After you sign up, we’ll send you an email with the subject “Verify E-mail Address” to the email address that you entered. Enter the code in the email to verify ownership of your email address, and you’re all set.
Please note that replying directly to this email will not verify your email address. If you’re not seeing the email, try searching your inbox for Zirtue and check your spam or junk folder.
