Why the email address matters
Each loan is tied to the email address used by both the borrower and lender. This means:
The lender must sign up or log in using the same email address you entered when creating the loan.
If the lender uses a different email, they won’t see your loan request.
After you finish creating the loan
Once your loan request is ready, you’ll see a shareable link. With this link, you can:
Copy and paste it into a text message or email to send to your lender.
