If you abandon an email address or phone number associated with your Zirtue account, be sure to update your Zirtue account with current information as soon as possible.

Logging in from a new device

When you go to log into your Zirtue account from a new device, Zirtue will prompt you to verify your identity by sending you a verification code to your email address or phone number on file. Entering in that verification code correctly will give you access to your Zirtue account.
