Not in the same loan, no. Each loan on Zirtue is always between two individuals: one borrower and one lender.
That said, if you need to borrow from more than one person, you can totally do that by creating separate loans.
For example:
If you need $100, you could borrow $50 from one friend and $50 from another.
That would just be two different loans with two different people.
Just remember: you can only have up to two active loans at a time. So while you can borrow from multiple people, each loan still stays one-on-one.
