Deactivated Accounts:
At this time, accounts can only be deactivated by a member of the Customer Success team. Before a Success Agent can deactivate an account, you will need to verify account information and identity.
If you have any incomplete transactions or a balance on the account when you attempt to deactivate, you will be prompted to address those transactions and the balance before deactivating your account.
Permissions and details of a deactivated account:
Deactivated accounts can still receive emails
Deactivated accounts will not receive Push notifications
Deactivated accounts will not receive SMS/Text notifications
Deactivated accounts can still receive loan requests and loan offers
Deactivated accounts will not show up as active Zirtue users on the Contact Selection screen.
Past loans, linked bank accounts, and activity history will still remain under the deactivated user's name until ownership is updated
The counterparty of a past loan will still see the details of an account that has since been deactivated.
My account was suspended during or following registration and verification.
