Can I cancel a loan request?
Yes. The borrower can cancel the loan but only while the loan is Pending. Once the loan has been accepted by the lender, it can no longer be canceled.
How to cancel a pending loan request.
To cancel a pending loan, go to 'My loans' located at the bottom of your homepage.
Select the loan you wish to cancel.
Scroll down to the bottom of your Loan Request Summary and tap 'Cancel loan'.
We'll request that you confirm your cancellation.
You may be asked to select a reason for canceling your loan. After choosing your reason, a confirmation message will appear stating that your loan has been successfully canceled.
