What if my bank isn’t supported by Plaid?
If you can’t find your bank when trying to verify access through Plaid, don’t worry, it just means your bank isn’t supported by Plaid’s network yet.
Here’s what that means
Zirtue Pay uses Plaid only to confirm that you have access to a valid U.S. bank account.
If Plaid can’t connect to your bank, we’re unable to complete that verification which means we can’t activate your account just yet.
What you can do
Check to see if you have another bank account that is supported by Plaid.
You can verify access to any U.S. bank that Plaid supports, it doesn’t have to match the debit card you plan to use later.
Example: You can verify access to a Chase account through Plaid and still use a different debit card (from a different Bank) for payments.
If you’ve tried everything and still can’t connect, please reach out to our support team at billpay@zirtue.com
Note:
Zirtue Pay no longer supports manual verification or micro-deposits. All account verification must be done through Plaid.
