When will I have to add a payment method?
Regardless of whether you are lending money or borrowing money, new users will be required to add a payment method after accepting or submitting a loan.
Can I change my payment method after a loan has been submitted?
Once the loan is Active, follow the 4 steps below:
Locate and tap My Loans from the home screen navigation.
Once you're in My Loans, find and select the Loan with the payment method you wish to revise.
Make sure you're on the Repayment Plan and not the Loan Summary
