Sometimes if you have a large ACH tuition payment each month, you will be asked from the merchant to change your students from personal account (PPD) ACH account to be listed as business to business debit (CCD) ACH account.
Most students will not have a business account to pay for their Martial Arts lessons. RainMaker is set to tell the merchant processor to charge this routing and account number, this specific amount. The system isn't set up to distinguish between a business or personal accounts.
Some merchants do flag high ticket transactions as suspicious account activity. We do suggest to try and find out if it is the amount that is raising the suspicion or the transaction type that is causing the suspicion. We also suggest to try and switch to a business debit/credit card or switch to a merchant processor that will be okay with high transaction amounts.
