Use the MIA Flow to let any student that has stopped coming to classes know you are thinking of them and miss them attending their classes! This Flow will help with retention and make sure that none of your students slip through the cracks! You can send emails, texts, or postcards to your students, and also assign tasks to your staff to follow up with them! 

To set up the MIA Flow, you will go to Marketing > Flows > View.

***We do have a template of an MIA Flow in the system for you to customize for your school.***

To customize the existing MIA Flow you will want to click on "Missing in Action" and it will bring up the Flow steps. You can click on each number or the title of the step and edit the Flow as needed. 

****It is best to start this Flow 8 days or more after the student stops attending classes!****
