Automatic Appointment Reminders are a great way to make sure your Prospects do not forget their Appointments! Once you set the messages up and schedule the appointment, you have the option for the Appointment Reminder to go out to them. They will go out automatically, the day before and the day of the appointment.
This will save you time, and make sure you get more of your Prospects in the door!
Here are step-by-step instructions on how to use this feature.
**SMS Appointment Reminders will only go out to an Appointment if the Appointment Type is one of the following: Intro 1, Intro 2, Intro 3, and Trial Class
Automatic SMS (text message) Appointment Reminders
Go to Settings > Company > Account and Settings
2. Click Appointment Reminders
3. Choose what you would like to say in your messages:
4. Check boxes to turn on the Reminders, so they go out automatically!
5. Click Save Settings.
