This article shows how to activate and modify the Automatic Attendance Survey. If you prefer videos there will be one at the end.

The Automatic Attendance Survey is a great retention tool. It allows you to gather feedback from your students. That way you can make adjustments to instructors, class sizes, equipment, etc. before they choose to quit. 

1. First you need to make sure you are on your home page. 

2. You will click "Add Survey" right under your school name. This area will also show you the results of this survey.

3. Activate and Edit Survey

This page will allow you to edit your email content and activate the Attendance Survey

-To activate check the box next to "Active?"

-To Edit, you may change the wording in the Title and Email Body.

 ***DO NOT TAKE OUT THE {VOTES-DoNotRemove}*** This is what allows the student to actually give their feedback. 

-You may choose what the votes say, if you would like to change what is already there.

Make sure to click Save to save any changes. 


***Keep in mind that students believe they are filling this out anonymously. We allow you to see who filled it out so that you can make adjustments in your school. We absolutely recommend that you do not bring the survey results up to your students!!
