Updating the credit card or banking info on a student is a great way to ensure that you are collecting your tuition. Often a credit card will expire and need to be updated, or a student will get a new card. By updating their card information, you will ensure you do not miss out on any valuable income. Below are step-by-step instructions on how to do this.

GO TO A STUDENT’S PROFILE
Use the search tool on the top left of the screen to select the student whose information you would like to update.
2. GO TO THE FINANCIAL PROGRAMS INFO BOX
Locate the Financial Programs Info Box on the left side of your screen, then select “update credit card/banking info” at the bottom of the box.
3. CHOOSE METHOD
Here, you may choose from one of several options. Choose the option that you need to update.
-Update a credit card
-Update an EFT/eCheck
-Update a credit card expiration date only
-Remove credit card info
-Remove banking info
4. UPDATE THE INFORMATION
Type in the information for the card or bank account.
5. CHOOSE WHICH OF THE STUDENT'S PROGRAMS NEED THE UPDATED CARD
Choose from the list if you would like to update the future programs, the primary program, and/or the secondary program.
6. CONFIRM.
Click the “update payment info” to update and save this information. The new information will now be visible in the Financial Programs Info Box.
