To deactivate a secondary program for a student if they are no longer participating in it, you can follow this step-by-step guide or If you would like to see a video, please scroll down to the bottom of this page.
**The user that does this will need Delete Records permissions in their User Settings to be able to do this**
VISIT THE STUDENT’S PROFILE
Use the search on the left side of your RainMaker to search for a student.
PROGRAMS TAB
Scroll down to the Programs box, which can be found near the middle of the page.
CHOOSE THE PROGRAM
Choose the secondary program you would like to stop collecting payment on and click “details.”
MARK PROGRAM INACTIVE
At the top of the details page, you will see a box to uncheck to make the program inactive. Checking this box will stop collecting on this program. Uncheck the box and click SAVE at the bottom of the screen.
