Did someone sign up for a Profit Generator and then decide to cancel? Let me show you how to remove those registrants off your Profit Generator!

Start in your Profit Generator homepage by going to Sales > Profit Generators.

If they have paid for the Profit Generator and you have already refunded the money, you will not be able to delete the registration off the Profit Generator. We will create a Profit Generator for those 'deleted registrants'. 

To create the deleted/removed student Profit Generator, you will want to create a Profit Generator just like any other. We do suggest using the RSVP for a Free Event since it doesn't make you put in a dollar amount for another. 

Once you have created the Profit Generator, you will want to click on the view registrations number so you can see a list of all your registrations for that Profit Generator.

Next, you will want to click on the View Details, next to the registrant you want to move. This will bring you to a page showing you all the registration information.

At the bottom of the screen there will be 2 options:

Delete this Registration: This will remove the registration from this list completely. This option will not refund any payments.

Transfer: This will allow you to move this registration to another Profit Generator - this is helpful for if someone paid for an event but could not make it, but want to go to the next one instead, rather than cancel completely.
