It happens to the best of us! That's why we made the steps to reset your password as easy as 1-2-3!

1. At the bottom of the log in page, click "Having trouble logging in or Forgot your password?" 

2. Enter the email address used to log in to your RainMaker to receive an email with a link to reset your password.

3. Enter your new password. Passwords must be at least 8 characters long and MUST contain: one upper case letter, one lower case letter, one number, and one special character.

Once you update your credentials, you can log in to your RainMaker!
