How to Refund a ECheck or EFT Payment through USA Epay
RainMaker allows you to refund credit card payments through the software. EFT and check transactions have to be refunded through USA Epay. To do this follow the instructions below.
Go to usaepay.com
Click Log in and select merchants at the top right.
Enter in your user name and password. If you do not know your user name and password contact RainMaker HQ at 1-888-293-0972.
Click batches from the top toolbar.
Click check manager.
Search for the client you would like to refund.
Check the box next to the payment you need to refund, under the void and refund section and then click void and refund. You can only refund checks that are settled.
