The subtract figure on -/+ billing is calculated either by marking a member to a former status or if a member is making their last payment on their membership for the month.

The plus figure on -/+ billing is calculated by new memberships with a contract signed date for the current month.

* New memberships added with billing companies "on hold" and "not tracked" will not be included on the plus amount for -/+ billing.
