Age Groups

Age Groups in RainMaker help you narrow down to a specific age group that you want to contact via email, text, or postcards. Some reports in RainMaker also allow you to narrow down the results by age group. Follow the steps below to set your age groups and scroll to the very bottom to watch a video tutorial on age groups.

1. Go to settings from the top toolbar.

2. Click on RainMaker settings.

3. Click on Contact Prefs.

4. Type in the name for each of the 4 age groups.

5. Click save settings at the bottom.

6. Log out and log back in for settings changes to take affect.
