When you are uploading your excel file to import your own data, our system only accept files in CSV file format.

You will need to convert the Excel file to CSV.

To convert your Excel file to CSV, open your Excel file and Save As CSV.

Now you will be able to upload your file to be imported into Rainmaker!

(If you are sending us the file for us to import your data for you, it can be in Excel or CSV file format)
