When someone completes a profit generator RainMaker will do one of two things.

1. It will make them a new profile. RainMaker will do this if they register with an email that you do not have on file for them. If they enter an email you have on file, RainMaker will notice this and ask if this is for the person you have on file under that email. If they say no then RainMaker will make them a new profile.

2. If they enter in an email that you have on file and they click yes that this is for the person you have on file for them, RainMaker will not make them a second profile and their info will go into the record we already have on file for them.

A way to minimize your duplicates is to explain in your welcome message or email that they need to use the email they already gave you and choose that it is them when they enter that in.
