How come my trials don't show on the home screen stats?
Follow the steps shown in the video below to have your trial stats displayed on the home screen. To access the video, select the words "click here".
If your trials are not showing in your stats, it could be a few reasons why.
1. If you put the prospect on a trial by going to their profile and selecting edit contact and then selecting "put on trial".
2. The statistics section is only for the current month, if a prospect was put on a trial a few months back they will no longer populate under the trial stat.
