What happens if a credit card payment on autoCollect is declined?
If a cc is declined, they can automatically receive an email that is created in your settings. (We can help with this - its very simple)
The member will show up on home page under autoCollect past due.
The payment will automatically be processed again every 4 days until its collected. If a member or someone comes in to pay the payment in person you can accept the payment as tuition and RainMaker will automatically set the next payment out till next month, if more payments are due. You can manually set the next payment to a later period if you like be editing the current program info box on the students information page.
