When RainMaker sends email on your behalf we add a tracking image to each email so when a recipient opens the email we are notified.

It's not fool proof. If the recipient does not allow images or does not turn them on, we can not track that email.

To see "opens" on go to the student info page and scroll down till you see "email communications."

We can not track if an SMS has been opened or read, but if you are charged for the text message, it was received by a mobile phone. Text Messages to land line phones will fail and you will not be charged.
