To turn off the Birthday Email reports go to:

​Settings > RainMaker Settings > Email Prefs > uncheck the box for 'Daily Birthday Reports' > Save Settings

Daily Birthday reports are automatically generated so you can know whose birthday it is ahead of the member walking in. 

You can also set up an automatic birthday greeting to be emailed to your members. RainMaker also has FLOWS you can set to do multi-step follow up for birthdays.
