RainMaker, by design, will not log you out unless you click the logout button. However, there are certain settings on your devices that can sever your connection to RainMaker. Without a connection, RainMaker has to log you off.ย
There are settings to look into turning off on your tablet or desktop/laptop to make sure the connection to RainMaker stays active:
Look for a sleep setting or power-saving/battery-saving mode. These will sever your connection to the internet, which will log you out of RainMaker.
If it is a permanent function of the Tablet or computer, there is nothing RainMaker can do to keep you logged in. You will simply have to log back in when needed.
