Sometimes, having a phone script can be a useful tool to make sure your staff is hitting the major points you'd like them to discuss with each of your inquiries or MIA members.
You can actually enter your own scripts into your RainMaker so that your staff can easily follow along.

Go to Settings > RainMaker Settings > RainMaker Settings
2. Go to "Business Info" and scroll down to the Script Boxes and enter in your scripts and click "Save Settings."
