If your business is closed for a period of time, and you need to ensure that your members are not getting Missing in Action messages from your MIA Flow, follow these steps to turn off the Flow.
Go to Marketing > Flows > View:
2. Click on your MIA Flow:
3. Uncheck the "Active?" box:
You're all done deactivating your MIA Flow!
