The blood fat/lipids impact represents our prediction of how healthy this meal is in terms of the amount of bad fats (lipids) in your blood after eating, compared to other meals of similar calories.

A lower score, meaning fewer bad fats, is better. Avoiding harmful lipids in your blood is better for your metabolism and heart health.

This score is based on our predictions of your blood fat levels after this meal, the quality of the fats in the meal, and your ability to metabolize them.
