Step 1: Add a new meal

Tap the plus sign at the bottom right-hand corner of your screen to add a new food or meal to your log.

Step 2: Confirm the time and type of meal

Record the time you start eating/drinking and select the correct type of meal. If you’re still preparing your meal, you can go back and change the time later to match when you started eating.

Step 3: Add individual ingredients

Search for one of the ingredients in your meal. You can do this by scanning the barcode on its packaging or searching for the ingredient in the search bar at the top of your screen. When you search, you will have the option to choose from non-branded or branded items. When you find the correct ingredient, tap on the item to add it to your meal log.

Step 4: Enter the quantity

After selecting the correct ingredient, enter how much of that item you are having.

Step 5: Add more ingredients

Select "add another dish or food item" if there are more ingredients included.

Step 6: Save your meal

When you've added all of the ingredients in your meal, save the meal by tapping on the 'Save' button at the bottom of your screen.
