If you’re using the FreeStyle LibreLink app, your sensor can only store data for up to 8 hours.

If you wait longer than this, your sensor will start to replace the earliest data in its memory with new data. This can lead to gaps in your glucose graphs and missing data.

For example, if you go 9 hours between scans, you will see a 1-hour gap at the beginning of that 9-hour window, because the sensor can only remember the most recent 8 hours.

We’d recommend scanning your sensor:

  1. Just before you go to bed at night

  2. First thing when you wake up in the morning

  3. Once or twice during the day at a minimum (set an alarm if you could use a reminder)

If you'd like to confirm whether we are receiving your data, please ensure you have used the correct LibreLink login credentials. Reach out if you are unsure, or if you'd like us to check whether your data is being received.

You can find your LibreLink account details by:

  1. Clicking on the three horizontal lines in the top left corner of your ZOE app

  2. Choosing Preferences

  3. Clicking on LibreLink Login Details

Once you have found these, you can go into the LibreLink app to view your credentials.

You can find this page by going to the menu on the LibreLink app (3 horizontal bars on the upper left corner) and going down to "Settings" > "Account details”.

If you find that you are not using the same credentials, please reach out to us via our chat feature and we will be able to help.
