If your sensor becomes partially or fully dislodged, don't attempt to push it back in. Please reach out to our coaching team through your in-app chat as soon as possible so we can send you a new one.

If your sensor breaks or falls off before your final day of muffins:

Please pause all your tasks until you have a new one in place. This is important for gathering data we’ll need to generate your results.

If your sensor breaks or falls off after your final day of muffins:

We’ll have all the essential information needed to generate your personalized results. If you’d like to continue with the optional blood sugar challenges, we can send you a replacement sensor. However, this is completely optional.

Please note:

If you have the sensor with a hand-held reader, you’ll need to return both to us at the end of the study. This type of sensor contains much of the data from your test, so please take care of it and don’t throw it away.
