We’ve designed these challenges to help you learn more about your unique blood sugar responses. Each one will teach you a new strategy you can use to keep your blood sugar levels more stable and feel more energized in the process.

You can also try other challenges using whatever foods you’d like. We’ve created a library of experiments here for you to choose from.

Be rest assured, your results will still be valid regardless of whether or not you choose to do these challenges.
