Logging your meals while testing is optional and won’t impact the accuracy of your results.
That said, there are a few benefits to logging your meals:
At the end of your 2 weeks of testing, you'll get a testing recap with insights into your most and least stable days, and meals that caused the biggest and smallest blood sugar spikes for you. You'll need to log at least 6 meals during your testing recap to get meaningful insights.
It can help you keep a record of your own blood sugar challenges and any other experiments you try.
You’ll get personalized scores and feedback on any meals you log when your results are ready.
We’ll also combine logged meal data with answers from your diet questionnaire to generate recommendations you can use to improve your diet.
